Short Bios: Crystal Rodriguez was born and raised in The Bronx. In 2008, she began studying Salsa with Nelson Flores, a renowned Salsa Instructor/Adjudicator. She performs regularly in New York City and travels with Nelson Flores' professional dance group "Descarga Latina.". She is currently a Sales Manager/Teacher at Stepping Out Studios in NYC. Ms. Rodriguez plans to continue pursuing her passion for dance globally, as well as proliferating the art form through teaching.

Jennifer Rosado started dancing Salsa in 2001 with Karisma Dancers. She is currently working and dancing with Nelson Flores, director of the professional dance group “Descarga Latina” from Stepping Out Studios in New York City.

SALSEEK: What do you love most about this costume and why?

CRYSTAL: A couple of things! The tail of course is the most fun but the off the shoulder look makes me feel sexy!

JENNIFER: The feathers and tail are what I love most about this costume, along with the color combination. The feathers give it the feel of a performance costume and not just a dress.
